Lead counsel in more than a hundred trials. One of the attorneys for the Plaintiffs in several cases in which verdicts were in excess of a million dollars. Represented the family of one of the sailors killed in the Iraqi rocket attack on the U.S.S. Stark. Represented the plaintiff and made the oral argument in Jones v. Jones in which the Georgia Supreme Court ruled that the doctrine of interspousal immunity is unconstitutional when applied to wrongful death actions.
